Went to buy my young grandson a pair of soccer boots but they did not have any in his small size. The tall, young salesman was very helpful with advice on when the new seasons boots come in and where I might be able to purchase a pair in the meantime. Thank you.
Slow service. Staff do not have good all rounded knowledge. However, most seem knowledgeable in their own areas of interest.

I rang up today regarding an item. Was told he would check if in stock. 11mins waiting and nothing. Waited a little longer and still nothing. Hung up as frustrated that did not get back with a simple yes or no.
